Welcome to DeRidersMeet.in – the official platform of De Riders Meet, an annual motorcycle cultural event for clubs and solo riders across India. By accessing this website or registering for the event, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or use the website.

1. Event Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older on the date of the event.
  • Rider must join the event with Royal Enfield Motorcycle (any model). Only RE motorcycles are allowed.
  • Riders must possess a valid driving license, registered motorcycle, and RC/insurance/Pollution papers.
  • Participation is open to individual riders, riding clubs, and pillion riders (with prior registration).

2. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is mandatory to attend the event.
  • Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the event fee.
  • Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the case of full event cancellation.
  • Prices listed are inclusive of access, stay, meals, and merchandise (as detailed on the site).

3. Rider Responsibilities

By registering, you agree to:

  • Ride responsibly and follow all traffic rules during the journey to and from the event.
  • Wear safety gear at all times while riding.
  • Respect local culture, venue guidelines, and fellow participants.
  • Not engage in substance abuse, aggressive behavior, or any activity that puts others at risk.
  • Be responsible for your own belongings. Organizers are not liable for loss or theft.

4. Code of Conduct

We are a community-first event. All participants are expected to:

  • Treat everyone with respect and inclusiveness.
  • Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence.
  • Maintain cleanliness at the campsite and surrounding areas.
  • Follow event crew instructions for safety, parking, and scheduling.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation

  • The organizers reserve the right to change event dates, location, or schedule due to weather, safety, or logistical reasons.
  • In case of event cancellation, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on timing and expenses already incurred.
  • Any force majeure situation (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, political unrest) will be handled as per prevailing laws and organizer discretion.

6. Photography & Media Consent

By attending the event, you consent to:

  • Being photographed and filmed during the event.
  • Use of your image, name, or likeness in event-related content, social media, and future promotions.
  • If you wish to opt-out, notify the crew in writing before the event begins.

7. Safety Disclaimer

While we take safety seriously:

  • Participation is at your own risk.
  • De Riders Meet and its partners are not liable for injury, accident, loss, or damage arising during travel or the event.
  • Medical support may be available, but you are responsible for carrying your own medications or health insurance if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website – including logos, graphics, videos, and articles – is the property of DeRidersMeet.in and protected under copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services

The website may link to third-party vendors, hotel partners, or sponsors. We are not responsible for their content, services, or privacy policies. Please review their terms before engaging.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or harmful activity.
