Refund Policy – DeRidersMeet.in

At De Riders Meet, we strive to offer a seamless experience for every registered participant. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before proceeding with your registration and payment.
1. Registration Payments
All payments made on DeRidersMeet.in are solely for event registration purposes. Your registration fee includes:
- Entry to the De Riders Meet annual event
- Access to official event zones and programs
- Scheduled meals and accommodation (as mentioned)
- Event kit, merchandise, and essentials
2. No Refund Policy
Once payment is successfully made, the registration is considered final.
We do not offer refunds under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of personal plans or travel schedule
- Illness, injury, or medical emergencies
- Motorcycle breakdown or unavailability
- Unfavorable weather conditions during travel
- Failure to produce valid documents at check-in (license, RC, insurance, etc.)
- Event no-shows or partial attendance
3. Non-Transferability
- Registration is strictly non-transferable.
- The registered name must match the participant attending the event. ID verification may be required at the venue.
- Any request to shift the pass to another rider, club, or group will not be accepted under any situation.
4. Full Event Cancellation by Organizers
In the rare scenario where the entire event is officially canceled by the organizers (due to extreme weather, legal restrictions, or any unavoidable emergency), the following options may be provided:
- Full or partial refund of the registration fee
- Credit or roll-over of your registration to the next De Riders Meet edition
The mode and timing of such refunds will be communicated via official email and website announcements.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable to refund or compensate under events falling under Force Majeure, such as:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Riots, strikes, or civil disturbances
- Pandemics or health emergencies declared by authorities
6. Dispute Resolution
Any refund-related dispute shall be addressed by our internal review team. Final decisions rest with the organizing committee and will be made in accordance with event policies and fairness.
